The Customer Service Representative III is the primary customer contact for order placement, order modifications, status updates and expedites requests. This senior level role requires knowledge of the EDI ordering process, management of customer portals and the ability to review forecasted orders, identify risks and proactively solve customer concerns. Effective time management, organizational skills and the ability to make decisions with limited information are required.
