The Sr. HR Business Partner will be the resource liaison and leader to ensure HR issues and needs are being properly addressed across all sites within the Industrial Automation vertical (Brazil, Canada, Mexico and United States). Reporting directly to the VP & GM of Industrial Automation vertical and dotted-line to the VP, HR for the Americas region, this strategic HR position supports the business and drives the implementation and administration of HR processes and initiatives across the vertical while promoting the IMI culture.
